Using insurance for a mental health visit?
If you plan to use insurance to cover your psychiatric appointments or plan to pay cash and would like to schedule an initial appointment, please send an email to: Chad.Vigil@ArtCityPsychiatry.com
In the subject line please type “Request Initial Appointment”. In the body, please include (1) patient’s name, (2) phone number, and (3) date of birth. Indicate if you (4) plan to use insurance or pay cash. Finally, if using insurance (5) include insurance carrier. You will receive a reply within 24 hours with available time slots (within the week) and more information about the onboarding process.
